Primary Duties:
- Performs secretarial duties, including but not limited to, filing and maintaining office files, records, minutes and reports; making and answering telephone calls; procure office stationary and make relevant travel arrangements for the Authority.
- Issues land registration applications, notices of objections and other relevant fillings, in order of priority for the Registrar’s action.
- Prepares and issues public notices as may be directed by the Registrar.
- Assist with requests for title searches on lands.
- Prepares certificates of registration for the action of the Registration.
- Maintains file copies of all leases, mortgages and other land interests presented for recording and registration.
- Accurately maintains and distributes minutes of all Authority meetings in the manner directed by the Authority or the Registrar.
- Maintains fixed Assets Journal.
- Maintains a folder for each month a Disbursement and Cash Receipts Journal, bank statements and check reconciliation report.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
