JOB PURPOSE:
To Provide excellent services to the people of the Marshall Islands and Investors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling of land documents
- Customer service
- Record Keeping
- Training and Development
- Perform other duties within the capacity, qualification and experience normally expected from occupying a position at this classification
MAIN DUTIES AND OUTCOMES:
- Receive registration and applications, succession orders, instruments defining land interests for recording, objection and other relevant fillings, investigates and makes recommendations to the Registrar on the completeness of these documents and what actions are required.
- Prepares and issues public notices as may be directed by the Registrar.
- Undertakes searches to satisfy requests for land information, investigates objections and claims with respect to the guarantee.
- Prepares certificate of registration for the action of the Registrar.
- Make copies of all instruments defining land interest presented for recording and registration and systematically organizes the archives of these records.
